WooOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! back after so long.. went for this volleyball training todae.. wow.. it is so slack.. at the start we onli ran one round and we did not really do a full body stretching exercise... haiz.. din drain myself out.. and kelvin and i kept laughing about stupid things.. omg.. laughing really is exhausting.. the lauhging was more tiring then the volleyball training la... see how slack it was.. haiz.. i now trying to clock my 2.4 in 10 mins.. any ideas on how to train anyone.. found a few on the web but it has very tight schedule and it focuses on long runs(5 km) and weight trainings.. i will try it out but i will modify it la.. okok.. gtg study le.. byebye...
